2. Eligibility
To use the platform, you must:

- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Have the legal right to work where services are provided.
3. Worker Responsibilities
Workers agree to:
- Maintain accurate profile information.
- Arrive on time for scheduled assignments.
- Perform assigned duties professionally and ethically.
- Follow all workplace policies and safety requirements.
- Treat employers, customers, and fellow workers respectfully.
4. Independent Status
Unless otherwise stated in writing, workers understand that using the platform does not create an employment relationship with CruBer. The platform serves only as a connection between workers and businesses.
5. Payments
- Payment terms will be specified by the hiring business.
- Workers are responsible for reviewing compensation details before accepting assignments.
- Any disputes regarding payment should first be addressed with the hiring business.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Workers who repeatedly:
- Cancel accepted assignments without reasonable notice;
- Fail to attend scheduled shifts;
- Leave assignments without authorization;
may have their account suspended or terminated.
7. Conduct Standards
The following may result in immediate account suspension:
- Fraudulent activity;
- Harassment or discrimination;
- Theft or property damage;
- Workplace violence or threats;
- Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience.
8. Liability
Workers are responsible for their actions while performing services. CruBer is not responsible for disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from assignments.
9. Account Termination
CruBer may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
