How to Request Account Deletion
Please email our support team with the subject:

Include:

- Your registered email address
- Your phone number (if applicable)
What Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:
- User profile
- Personal information
- Saved addresses
- Trip history
- Messages
- Preferences associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security investigations, tax obligations, or dispute resolution. Any retained information will only be kept for the minimum period required by law.
Processing Time
